PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-capacity capacitor of low cost and small size. SOLUTION: The capacitor contains a main component 100mol which is represented by a composition formula (1-α-β)(BaO)m .TiO2 +αRe2 O3 +β(Mn1-x-y Nix Coy )O (where, Re2 O3 is at least one kind of molecule selected among Y2 O3 , Tb2 O3 , Dy2 O3 , Ho2 O3 , Er2 O3 , Yb2 O3 , and the coefficients α, β, m, x, y are 0.0025<=α<=0.025, 0.0025<=β<=0.05, β/α<=4, 0<=x<1.0, 0<=y<1.0, 0<=x+y<1.0, 1.000<m<=1.035), while, as sub-component, 0.1-3.0mol additives, as reduced to MgO, of magnesium oxide. In addition, while the sun of the main component and magnesium oxide being 100 weight part, 0.2-3.0 weight part of glass oxide of Al2 O3 -MO-B2 O3 group (where, MO is one or more kind of oxide selected among BaO, CaO, SrO, MgO, ZnO, MnO) are contained as material. |
