SOLUTION: The operator of a receiving processing terminal 30 on the contract center side confirms an individual by executing conversation/interview with a customer by picture data of an application/identification document, the picture of video telephone photographing the image of the customer and a voice input/output mechanism. At the time of confirming the customer to be the individual, the fact is transmitted to the window processing terminal 41 of the transaction processing system 40. At the time of receiving this, the operator of the terminal 41 transmits data on a bankbook and a card to issue from the unmanned contract system 10 to a card and bankbook issuing machine 20. Then at the time of receiving data from the terminal 41 of the system 40, a bankbook and a card are issued based on this. |
