PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen mechanical vibrations due to moving and smooth the moving by moving one feed table prior to other feed table, so as to make a specified space between them in the next step, when both tables approach each other with a space less than a specified distance. SOLUTION: From information obtd. at S1, in each of N-1 number of steps, whether the space between a chucking table and upchucking table is less than a specified distance is judged (S4). If less than a specified distance from the judged result, the unchucking table is moved in advance to a position having a space of at least a specified distance even in a step where both tables most close approach, from component-mounting information, by requiring several steps up to the most close of approach step (S8). |
