PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a routine report time of managing information at a suitable time corresponding to conditions for every communication terminal equipment by changing the time to a suitable routine report time within an allowable range, when the use frequency of communication line shared by the communication terminal equipment, with which the managing information of information processor is transmitted to a monitoring device at a distant place, and additional equipment goes beyond the allowable range. SOLUTION: A line use frequency detecting means C1 detects the use frequency of communication line X shared by the communication terminal equipment and additional equipment H at every set use frequency detection time. The line use frequency at the routine report setting time is compared with the allowable range value of line use frequency stored in a frequency allowable value storage means NV RAM by a line use frequency comparator means C2. When the frequency goes beyond the allowable range as a result, a report time changing means C3 changes the use frequency detection time setting the line use frequency within the allowable range into new routine report setting time. Thus, the managing information of image forming device F can be periodically reports at the idle time of communication line X on the side of communication terminal equipment. |
