PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a preliminary arrangement of the whole information fixed on a change of manufacturing equipment, to flexibly absorbe the change and to attain quick cost calculation by executing ordering calculation for calculating the order of all processes, and after defining the order, calculating cost based on input information. SOLUTION: Input information (processes, raw material using quantity information, etc.) is inputted (step 100). The format of input data (step 102), the correctness of an equipment process code or the like (step 104) and the validity of a raw material name, raw material using quantity, etc., (step 106) are respectively checked. When there is any error, error processing is executed (step 108) and checked data are registered in an input table (step 110). The cost information of each raw material charged from the external in each process is inputted (step 112). Calculation order determining processing is executed (step 114), information arranged in the order of start information is registered in a calculation order determination table (step 118) and results/cost calculation processing is executed in accordance with the registered order (step 120). |
