PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the capacity of a ROM by performing the check after transferring a check program to a RAM not to the ROM. SOLUTION: A check program is produced independently of a control program and stored in a check device 3. The device 3 is connected to a microcomputer 2 to send a command to the microcomputer 2 for the start of transfer of the check program. Thus, the check program is sent to a RAM 23. When this transfer of the check program is over, the device 3 sends a command to the microcomputer 2 for the execution of the check program. Thus, the microcomputer 2 executes a prescribed check operation based on the check program stored in the RAM 23. When this check is over, the device 3 sends a command to the microcomputer 2 for transmission of the check result. Thus, the microcomputer 2 sends the check result to the device 3. The device 3 decides the received check result and displays its decision result. |
