摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to realize a low power consumption, by arranging a solar battery at a position irradiated by a backlight, transdusing light into power with the solar battery and driving a driving IC. SOLUTION: The solar battery 1 is connected to electrically between a printed circuit board 35 and respective driving ICs 34 a piece each, and respective solar batteries 1 are arranged on surfaces of respective tape carrier packages 2 irradiated by the backlight 3 opposite to the light transmission body 37 of the backlight 3. The solar batteries 1 are provided for respective driving ICs 34 of respective tape carrier packages 2 a piece each. The light from the backlight 3 are converted into power by these solar batteries 1, and the driving ICs 34 are driven. In such a manner, since a source voltage is supplied to respective driving ICs 34 by the solar batteries 1 by using the light of the backlight 3, the source voltage supplied from the outside is reduced, and a low power consumption is realized.
