<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured and reasonably priced tape recorder lever operating mechanism for maintaining, in its forward position, a head chassis carrying a magnetic head and moving forward/backward with respect to a magnetic tape. SOLUTION: The ends of middle levers 80 and 81 are pushed by a head chassis driving swing lever 71 to be swung, the ends are engaged with recessed parts formed in the head chassis driving swing lever in the forward limit position of a head chassis, and then the head chassis is maintained in its forward position by the relationship of the engagement and a relationship between the pressing forces of a head chassis pressing spring and a spring provided in a pinch lever. Simultaneously, the pinch lever is maintained in a pushed state, or in a state where a pinch roller is in contact with capstans 21 and 23, by the other ends of the middle levers 80 and 81 positioned in sides opposite the ends with the center point of the swing rotation motions of the middle levers 80 and 81 placed therebetween and, by a simple and low-cost structure where only a plurality of levers are combined together, the head chassis and the pinch lever are displaced and held in their displaced positions.</p> |
