PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the ceasing of a desired wave due to interference wave removal, to remove an intense broadband interference wave, and to enable optimum composition even as to the desired wave by finding an optimum solution for two diversity transmit signals sent from a transmission side and using it. SOLUTION: A 2nd radio station error signalεoutputted by a subtracter 113 is multiplexed on a time-division basis by a transmission base band circuit 121 with an overhead part together with a frame synchronizing signal, etc., and sent to a 1st opposite radio station. The 1st radio station demodulates and regenerate the error signalεsent from a 2nd radio station and a reception base band circuit 112 separates and extracts it after frame synchronization. The extracted error signalεhas a complex coefficient C controlled by a square mean error minimum control circuit 114 so that the mean of squares of the error signalεbecomes minimum. The complex coefficient C is generated by the multiplication of one branch of diversity transmit signals by using complex multipliers 115 and 135.
