PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent crosstalks and to reduce a size in the case where signals are recorded on a tape-like information recording medium by recording heads. SOLUTION: Stationary body recording signal wiring parts WR2 and stationary body regenerative signal wiring parts RR2 are alternately arranged. In this case, switching means 100 are disposed. When the plural recording heads WHa, WHb record the signals on the tape-like information recording medium, the stationary body regenerative signal wiring parts RR2 existing between the plural stationary body recording signal wiring parts WR2 are shorted. When plural reproducing heads RHa, RHb reproduce the signals recorded on the tape-like information recording medium, the stationary body recording signal wiring parts WR2 existing between the plural stationary body recording signal wiring parts WR2 are shorted.
