<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily exhaust bubbles produced in the case of die-casting by aluminum or its alloy to the outside from an laminated iron core by forming an electric conductor and a short circuit ring in the laminated iron core of a slant rotor. SOLUTION: A laminated iron core 11 is so formed that a plurality of thin steel plates equipped with grooves arranged on the circumference or slot pieces 13 on the circumferential surface are laminated. The circumferential length of the slot piece 13 of an optional steel plate is the same length as that of the other slot piece of each of the steel plates, the slot piece 13 of each of the steel plates is provided with the length of the slot piece of the adjacent steel plate and the length of the other slot piece, and the length is gradually shortened as it goes to the center surface from the axial side of the rotor to form it in a hyperbolic shape. Accordingly, the steel plate positioned in the middle center is provided with a short slot piece 13. Short circuit rings 15 and 16 positioned to the axial sides of electric conductor 14 and laminated iron core 11 arranged inside the slots 13 are formed together with the laminated iron core 11 as a unit usually with aluminum or its alloy as die-casting.</p> |
