PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the control of a discharge lamp by an infrared remote control signal more precise. SOLUTION: This lighting system controls a lighting state of a discharge lamp 3 via an inverter circuit 2 by receiving an infrared remote control signal 1 of about 36.7kHz in sub-carrier wave frequency. An oscillation frequency center of the inverter circuit 2 is within the range of about 45 to 65kHz. The deflection of an oscillation frequency of the inverter circuit 2 is preferably within about 2kHz. The frequency of the deflection of an oscillation frequency may be about 2kHz. It is of course preferable that these conditions are both met. |
