PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an occurrence of phenomenon of dew formation at an indoor device operation of which is stopped by a method wherein when a transmission of a control signal is stopped, a drain pump is driven for a predetermined period of time from the stop of transmission of this control signal so as to perform a drain water discharging treatment. SOLUTION: Even after the stop of transmission of an over-flow water sensing signal from a switch section 31b, a control section 33 successively controls a motor 36, continues to drive a main body 35 of a pump for a predetermined period of time and drain water kept in a drain pan 30 is further discharged through a discharging pipe 37 and the like. Then, after elapsing of a predetermined period of time, the control section 33 controls the motor 36 to terminate a driving of the main body 35 of the pump, i.e., the drain water discharging treatment. As a result, drain water within the drain pan 30 is not accumulated at an operation surface position of the float section 31a of a flat switch 31, but present near the bottom surface of the drain pan 30, resulting in that it is possible to eliminate occurrence of phenomenon of dew formation caused by evaporation or cooling of the drain water and so to prevent water leakage at an indoor device. |
