摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency and reliability of the mobile communication terminal equipment capable of 2-way communication and the data transmission method in which power consumption is reduced. SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal equipment has a wide area reception section 202 and two-way communication transmission reception sections 205, 206 and starts the transmission reception section when the terminal equipment is resident in a wide area and receives a start signal from the wide area selective calling system, and sends terminal information denoting residence in outside of the wide area by starting the transmission reception section when the terminal equipment is resident at the outside of the wide area and uses the 2-way communication reception section 205 to be in an intermittent reception state. When the mobile communication terminal equipment is resident in the wide area, the control station sends a start signal to the mobile communication terminal equipment by using the wide area selective calling system and sends a message addressed to the mobile communication terminal equipment by using the 2-way communication system, when receiving a reply signal and sends the message to the mobile communication terminal equipment by using the 2-way communication system, when the mobile communication terminal equipment is resident at the outside of the wide area, the control station sends the message to the mobile communication terminal equipment without sending the start signal by using the 2-way communication system.
