PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match a color and a gradation of a copying machine with a color and a gradation of offset printing. SOLUTION: A copying machine 200 reads color samples of offset printing (sample images), calculates a color correction coefficient (matrix arithmetic coefficient) and a gradation correction curve and sets them. In the case of supplying image data to the copying machine 200, a color correction arithmetic section 11 and a gradation correction section 120 correct the image data based on the set color correction coefficient and gradation correction curve to obtain an output image having the color and the gradation similar to those of the offset printing. |
