摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate miniaturization and high output, and reduce the torque variation and reduce the manufacturing cost of an outer rotor magnetic pole. SOLUTION: An outer rotor type permanent magnet field brushless motor 1 is constituted of an inner stator 2 and an outer rotor magnetic pole 3 of 10 poles which is rotatably arranged outside the inner stator 2, via an air gap. The inner stator 3 has three-phase armature coils 5A-5L of concentrated winding with one slot pitch around 12 teeth 4A-4L of an armature core 4. The outer rotor magnetic pole 3 is constituted of the following; a rotor yoke 6 forming a part of a magnetic path, five permanent magnetic poles 7A-7E which are fixed at equal intervals on the inner peripheral surface of the rotor yoke 6, and five magnetic poles 6A-6E made of soft magnetic material which deform the rotor yoke 6 between two neighboring permanent magnet poles to be protruded to the inner diameter side. Thereby the usage of permanent magnet in the permanent magnet field system can be reduce to be one-half.
