<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively assign a frequency to a base station in the radio network for a portable equipment. SOLUTION: A base station is represented as a matrix consisting of interconnected nodes and links, each node represents a carrier frequency site and each link is expressed in dimension according to an inhibited frequency slot (1003). The assignment order of the carrier frequency is decided according to a random sequencing, an annealing simulation or an embryologic algorithm (1004). The carrier frequency is assigned to the carrier frequency site so as not to cause interference by adopting the 1st algorithm, the carrier frequency is assigned to an idle carrier site remaining to minimize the interference amount by adopting the 2nd algorithm and then the frequency assignment plan is generated (1005, 1006). A quality measurement value is generated from the frequency plan and the quality evaluation value is used to evaluate and correct the frequency assignment sequence.</p> |
