PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instruct the route of a carrying vehicle and to surely improve carrying efficiency by displaying a loading place corresponding to data when the integrated value of a material loading amount exceeds a threshold value as the reference loading place of the next time. SOLUTION: The data of the material loading amount for each loading place are stored in a storage means 1 in a prescribed order and the stored data are successively integrated by an integration means 2. Then, a judgement means 3 compares the integrated value with a prescribed threshold value for each integration operation and judges the loading place corresponding to one piece of the integrated data when the integrated value exceeds the threshold value as the reference loading place for starting the loading of the next time. A control means 4 successively repeats such respective processings of the integration means 2 and the judgement means 3 until the final data are integrated and resets the integrated value before the judged reference loading place for each judgement by the judgement means 3. Then, a display means 5 displays the judged reference loading place and instructs the route of the carrying vehicle.
