FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this building has floor planes with commercial halls, etc. which at least partially are connected by gradually raising ramp-like walking paths. With purpose of locating maximal possible number of commercial halls and other premises on relatively small area permitting no general concept of construction, aforesaid building is created by pillars and fastened on them are girders which carry sheets of trapezoidal profile. Girders which are adjacent to each other are different in height and due to this difference and at given spacing between axes of pillars, gradually raising ramp-like walking path is of upgrade value not exceeding 6%. Ramp-like walking path extends through major height of building approximately along spiral line. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 4 dwg
