PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain remote consultation for reducing the barden on a person seeking advice by providing objects to be consulted from a consultant side through a terminal to the person seeking advice based on information accumulated on the consultant side. SOLUTION: When consultation related with a document transmitted to a person seeking advice arrives in remote consultation through a terminal, an image screen similar to the document already transmitted to the person seeking advice is prepared from a transmitted document management file 118, transmitted document information file 119, and notice format file 120 in a consultant side system 111, and displayed on both screen display device 113 and 123. Also, positions pointed by mutual pointers are displayed on the both screens in a real time, and both persons can execute remote consultation by transmitting a consultation content or answer content or the like by using the image screens and the pointers. |
