PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type IC card capable of displaying approximate remaining units. SOLUTION: A magnetic display medium 13 and a display electromagnet part 4 are provided on an IC card base material. The medium 13 is coated with back coat liquid 9 that consists of coloring pigment and transparent binder after many micro capsule layers 8 which contain liquid (fluid) and flat metallic magnetic powders on a transparent base material (PET) 7 surface are formed by dispersing and applying the liquid and powders together with transparent binder. The flat metallic magnetic powders are oriented by the part 4 and subjected to magnetic display. As a result, the remaining units can be displayed. |
