摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a thermal strain in a supporting frame by making the temperature distribution in the frame uniform by forming spiral passages for coolant of the internal wall surface of the frame main body and a partition member. SOLUTION: When a partition member 21 is housed in the main body 20 of a supporting frame 2, first and second spiral passages 221 and 222 are formed of the internal wall surface of the main body 22 and the member 21. A first flowing-in port 241 which is communicated with the first passage 221 and a second flowing-in port 242 which is communicated with the second passage 222 are formed through an end plate 23 attached to one end of the main body 20. In addition, a first flowing-out port 251 which is communicated with the first passage 221 and a second flowing-out port 252 which is communicated with the second passage 222 are formed through another end plate 23 attached to the other end of the main body 20. Consequently, a coolant, such as water, etc., can be made to flow to the flowing-out ports 251 and 252 from the flowing-in ports 241 and 242 through the passages 221 and 222 . Therefore, the main body 20 is entirely cooled with the coolant and the temperature distribution in the supporting frame 2 becomes uniform.
