PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely mold the outer periphery of layered product which is layer on a core into a predetermined shape when manufacturing a resin composite pipe. SOLUTION: When layered product 20 is formed by stacking glass fiber reinforced resin layers 24, 25, a resin concrete layer 26, and glass fiber reinforced resin layers 27, 28 in sequence on the outer peripheral surface of a cylinder core 21 being rotated, each semicylindrical element removably mounted at the lower end of a support shaft 12 is fitted over and joined to the layered product 20 so as to form a predetermined cylindrical shape. Each semicylindrical element 11 fitted over the layered product 20 is removed each support shaft 12 and rotated together with the layered product 20. Each semicylindrical element is fitted over the layered product 20 until the resin forming the layered product 20 cures. |
