The binding (1) attaches the boot (2) to a snow-surfing board. It comprises a base plate (3) fixed to the board, and at least two straps (6, 7) holding the boot to it. The basal section (10) has two edges (11, 12) to accept the boot. The fixed wedge(s) (8) of the binding, preventing movement of the boot relative to the base in directions towards, or away from the edges. Preferably this is made of a single section of polyurethane.
