PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the breakdown of an integrated memory circuit owing to static electricity even under a low humidity or a high humidity and to have a responsibility, a safety and an aesthetic exterior without losing a perspectivity of characters and designs printed on the surface layer by providing a coating layer including a conductive macromolecule on the surface of a card body except a connecting terminal part. SOLUTION: This IC card has a coat including the conductive macromolecule, particularly preferably, a polyaniline or its polyaniline deriv., on the surface of the card except the input/output terminal part of the IC card which an IC module is buried into. Then, by giving an anti-charge property by this coat, the breakdown of a semiconductor chip and the losing of recorded information or the like owing to the static electricity are prevented, of course, under the atmosphere of high humidity, and even under the atmosphere of low humidity. The conductive macromolecule used here is the macromolecule having a conductivity, particularly preferably, an aniline polymer and its deriv. |
