PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module with outer leads, which has the connection parts between the module and the outer leads which are good in workability, are high in tensile strength and are high in weather resistance, and a method of manufacturing the module. SOLUTION: This solar cell module is constituted into a structure, wherein the end parts of internal wirings 3, which are formed by a method wherein the internal wirings 3 connected with solar cells and their electrodes of different polarities are respectively held between at least two sheets of flexible protective sheets 41 and 42 and are sealed by covering, of the solar cell module are connected with wires 61 of outer leads 16 via each terminal metal fitting 5 and at least the terminal metal fittings 5 and the connection parts between the end parts and the wires 61 have a cover-sealing part cover-sealed with cover- sealing sheets 81 and 82. In this case, the cover-sealing parts are formed by fusion-welding thermally the sheets 41 and 42 and the sheets 81 and 82 or the cover-sealing sheets 81 and 82 and a bonding agent is not made to interpose between the sheets 41 and 41, the sheets 81 and 82 or the cover-sealing sheets 81 and 82. |
