摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a three-dimensional ultrasonic wave image in a high temperature and chemically active environment by constituting an ultrasonic wave emitting/receiving converting member by laminating piezoelectric composite ceramics, a resin layer having high temperature resistance and a silicone layer in order. SOLUTION: For example, a damping back layer (a damper) 10, a piezoelectric composite ceramic layer 12, a resin layer 14 to cover the ceramic layer 12 and a silicone layer 16 to control wettability to a medium, are laminated in order toward a surface 6 from a back face 4 in a stainless steel housing 8, and a converting member 2 is constituted. When plural converting members 2 are incorporated into a network so as to form an ultrasonic wave emitting/ receiving network, for example, a network 22 of the converting members 2 constituted in a straight line shape can emit an ultrasonic wave, and a network 24 can receive an ultrasonic wave reflected by a surface of an object to be displayed.
