PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the security of personal information in a mail-order business. SOLUTION: The merchandise guidance information of a communication equipment 152 of a provider is fetched from a terminal equipment 100 of a merchandise purchaser. The merchandise purchaser instructs the order of merchandise on a display screen on which the merchandise guidance information is displayed, a software program for ordering merchandise is activated in the terminal equipment 100. The terminal equipment 100 accepts the input of the order information from the merchandise purchaser under the control of the software program, and transmits the order information through a communication network 154 different from a WAN(wide area network) 153 to a terminal equipment 200 at a shop. When the software program is not installed in the terminal equipment 100, it can be transferred from the communication equipment 152 of the provider to the terminal equipment 100. |
