PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately reflect an interactive result to a work flow, to shorten processing time and to execute interaction without being conscious of the position of a circulator by providing the synchronous interaction of document processing between plural circulators, registering interactive history and changing the circulated destination of a document in accordance with the registered contents. SOLUTION: An interaction start processing part 105 detects an interaction request outputted from a client 103 by an interaction request detection part 107, determines an interactive circulator by referring to the information of a user's state management table 113 and the information of a circulation definition information file 114 and executes interaction start processing by an interaction start control part 108. An interactive information registering part 109 registers documents, processing users, etc., to be used for the interaction in a user management table 115. A batch transition processing part 106 detects a batch transition request outputted from the client 103 by a batch transition request detection part 110. Then a certification information setting processing part 111 sets up certification information for batch transition. A circulated destination change processing part 112 changes a circulated destination and updates the information of a document management table 116. |
