PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fetch and recognize handwritten information as written data in the same feeling as a usual one in which required items are filled out in a standard sheet by printing a tag format on a recording sheet and carrying and fixing it onto a tablet. SOLUTION: A printer 36 prints a tag format on a sheet on a tablet 10. In a state in which the sheet on which a tag format is printed is carried and fixed on the tablet, a CPU fetches handwritten information as stroke information that is written on the tablet 10 according to the tag format that is printed on the sheet when required items are handwritten in the handwriting space. The stroke information is sent to a workstation side through a host interface part 38 and performed character recognition. |
