PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the distortion of an output waveform and improve the response with respect to the fluctuation in load by providing an inverter with a cycle component controller and an unsteady component controller, which control the output of the inverter. SOLUTION: An error amplification signal forming section 26 forms an error (e) signal between an absolute value IA of an inverter output current signal IO and a reference current signal IC. A high-frequency PWM inverter controlling section 22 is provided with a cycle component controller and an unsteady component controller. The cycle component controller controls a cycle component by error waveform integration control and is constituted of a processing path, starting from the error amplification signal forming section 26, then through a first low-pass filter 27, a delaying section 28, an error waveform integrating section 29, an adding section 32, and to a PWM calculating section 33. On the other hand, the unsteady component controller controls unsteady components by proportional control and is constituted of a processing path, starting from an absolute value calculating section 26a, then through a subtractor 27c, a proportional controlling section 31, on adding section 32, and to the PWM calculating section 33. |
