PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid pulsation of output torque in the vicinity of rated r.p.m. of a motor. SOLUTION: Primary current of an induction motor 5, being driven through an inverter circuit is detected by a current detector 7 and divided into a torque component current detection value and an exciting component current detection value, and a primary current command value is divided into a torque component current command value and an exciting component current command value. In such a vector control inverter for controlling the induction motor 5, a flux command Φ2 * as a base of the exciting component current command, and the torque component current command Iq* are inputted individually and externally (torque command means 30/flux command means 31) in the form of command signal for controlling the output torque constantly regardless of the rotational speed. |
