PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combiner that can prevent flawing at the time of handling by a user, is high in both of reflectivity and transparency, and can prevent the occurrence of peeling and cracking of a reflection layer. SOLUTION: The one surface side of the combiner body 20 is covered by the reflection layer 21. At least one surface side of the combiner body 20 is composed of a planar material 22 made of a synthetic resin. The planar material 22 is covered by a film 23 which is harder than the planar material 22 and has a smaller coefft. of thermal expansion. The reflection layer 21 is constituted by laminating plural films 21a, 21b, 21c having the coefft. of thermal expansions smaller than the coefft. of thermal expansion of the planar material 22 and having the refractive indices varying from each other on the film 23. The residual stresses of compression exist at ordinary temp. in the respective films 21a, 21b, 21c. |
