<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the irregularity in luminance generated along a common electrode signal line by connecting the both end sections of the line to a common electrode wiring and making the resistance value of the common electrode wiring less than the resistance value of the common electrode signal line. SOLUTION: A common electrode signal line 5, which is connected to the common electrode in a pixel 12, is arranged in parallel with a gate signal line 7. Both end sections of the line 5 are connected to a common voltage generation driving circuit 3 through a common electrode wiring 4. In other words, both end sections of the line 5 are connected to the wiring 4. Note that the wiring 4 is formed in the nondisplaying region of a matrix substrate 8 and the wiring width of the wiring 4 is made wider. Thus, the resistance value of the wiring 4 is made smaller than the resistance value of the line 5. Thus, the waveform distortion of the driving voltage of the common electrode being supplied from the circuit 3 is reduced.</p> |
