摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb the movement of a socket to a package caused by the disagreement of CTE(coefficient of thermal expansion) in the thermal cycle by providing a coaxial connector which contains the dielectric material having conductive internal and external surfaces separated from a center opening part and which is of the structure having first and second end parts. SOLUTION: An external coaxial electric pad 20c can be electrically connected to a conductive via 25 when necessary for the prescribed use though it is not electrically connected to the wiring in a substrate 24. Coaxial electric pads 20a, 20b are connected to the conductive via 25 in the substrate 24. A continuous external conductors 28b is suitable to shield a center conductor for the high frequency applications. A socket is suitable for various embodiments to store a plurality of external conductors of the coaxial connector. The socket 31 is stored in a body 32, and contains internal and external conductors 34a, 34b which are stored in a body 32 so as to be opposite to the coaxial connector. For example, the socket is electrically connected to a PC board 46 by the conductive via 25.</p>
