PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system for an electric lamp in which an output has an advantage of high-frequency system and an advantage of DC output. SOLUTION: A commercial power supply is converted to a high frequency by an inverter circuit 12 provided on an input side, it is imparted to a primary side of a booster type transformer 13, and a high-frequency signal is pressure- resin to about 15,000V therein. A capacitor 16 is inserted in series between a transformer secondary winding 13c and an output terminal 15, and a diode 17 is inserted so as to connect between the output terminals. A neon tube 11 is made it possible to connect to both output terminals. Thereby, in a state in which the neon tube 11 is connected to the output terminal 15, a closed circuit in which the secondary winding 13c, capacitor 16, and neon tube 11 are connected in series is provided. Since a negative side is short-circuit between the output terminals by the diode 17, the output voltage becomes a high-frequency DC superposed wave without appearance of a wave on the negative side. On the other hand, the output current also appears on the negative side and becomes an AC current by oscillation between the neon tube 11 and the secondary winding 13c. |
