<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly bind a press tape or the like onto the periphery of a cable by equipping a tape pad with a brake adjuster and adjusting the tension, and enabling the positions of the two contact parts provided severally at the first and second arms to be adjusted, according to the outside diameter of the cable. SOLUTION: A tape pad 8 is provided with a brake adjuster 19, and the rotation of a brake drum 9 is adjusted by a brake band 10. On the other hand, the plastic contact part 3 of the first arm 2 supported by the first frame 4 and the plastic contact part 7 of the second arm 5 supported by the second frame 6 are set in the specified positions being balanced according to the shape of the cable 14 with an adjusting screw rod 11. Hereby, a metallic press tape 15 is wound around the cable 14 with equal tension while pressing it with the plastic contact parts 3 and 7, by rotating a binder device 1 around the cable 14 and also, shifting it in the longitudinal direction of the cable 4.</p> |
