The amplitude and precision measurement device includes force detectors attached to a target to be monitored. A calculation device provides information on amplitude, number and position of hits. A cylindrical deformable elastic plate approximately the size of a human face is placed inside a target. The axes of the target and the plate may be either common or closely related. Detectors on the plate measure its deformation. The detectors are connected to a signal processor. The plate is positioned between 5mm and 100mm of an external surface of the target.
