<p>Stabilised polyolefin moulding compn. contains 0.01-3 wt. % cpd. of formula: (in which R1 and R2 independently are H or 1-9C alkyl; n is 1-22; m is 1-4). Mouldings have much better resistance to extractoin, at same total stabiliser concn., than comparable synergistic mixtures of corresp. S-free phenolic anti-oxidants and dilauryl thiodopropionate. They are esp. useful for articles coming into contact with e.g. hot water.</p> |
