A bottom part (7) of the guide (2) slot (5) has a guide edge (8) which, in the direction away from the user, forms a second angle (b) with a guide edge (7) and also between the second guide edge and belt reel (3). This edge is used to guide the belt (1) in the bottom position in conjunction with the second edge of the slot. The edge guides the belt as it coils round its reel and the angle (b) is be smaller than the angle (a) formed between first (6',6") and second guide edges. The third and first (6',6") edges form a third angle (c) and the third edge (8) continues the first edge. Third edge (8) can adjust from its inactive setting into its action setting.
