<p>An apparatus and method for dispensing pills by individuals with impaired use of the hands. An adhesive area (22) is disposed on the inside of a cap (21) for a bottle (31) containing pills (33), or on a stem (52) fixed to the inside of the cap (54) and extending into the bottle (53) when the cap (54) seals the bottle (53). When the bottle (31) is agitated, one or more pills (33) contact the adhesive (22) and become releasably attached thereto. When the cap (21) is removed, the pill (33) is conveniently presented to the consumer for easy removal.</p> |
