The inner hand section consists of a carrier layer and an outer latex layer, with caps for fingers and thumb, and a wrist section. The padding (10) is limited to the caps (8), is located next to the latex layer (3), and is also formed by latex. The thickness of the padding increases wedge-like from the palm-sided ends of the caps to the free ends of the finger section (4) resp. thumb area (5). A padding section (11) is located in the area (9) between the palm (6) and the wrist (7). This is also of latex, and increases in thickness towards the wrist.
