PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which measures more detailed two-dimensional radiation distribution for a short time without reducing sensitivity. SOLUTION: A radiation detector having two-dimensionally arranged collimators 1 is moved by a driving device 8 attached to the detector on the plate where the detector is arranged, and measures radiation distribution. The operation is set to interpolate the array of the detector. After the detector moves according to its setting, it measures strength of radiation. By overlapping results of plural times of radiation strength measurements, distribution of radiation strength is determined.
