PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a threshold voltage higher than voltage of normal operation region and reduce leak current. SOLUTION: A photoelectric converting part 5 converts incident X-ray to charge, an accumulative capacity part 6 accumulates the converted charge, TFT (T hin Film Transistor) 14 reads the accumulated charge, and TFT 7, whose one end is connected to the accumulative capacity part 6, sweeps out charge accumulated in the aecumulative capacity part 6 when impressed voltage is higher than a threshold voltage. Thus, the X-ray image pick-up device can change its threshold voltage.
