Combined lavatory and urinal

A urinal (20) is fastened to a lavatory bowl (12), so that it can be pivoted between use and inactive positions. When in use position, the urinal sits on top of the bowl and is in flow connection with it. In this position, a deflector device (34) feeds flushing water from the water inlet (14) of the bowl into the urinal, and then into the bowl. The urinal has an all-round collar (28), which projects into the opening of the lavatory bowl, and limits the outlet opening (30) of the urinal. A flushing water channel (32) in the urinal is connected to the water deflector device.
