PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct ventilating fan which does not deteriorate the mounting stability of a luminaire even when a power cord for the luminaire is large in diameter. SOLUTION: A first grooved part 5 is formed below a main body 4, a first mounting plate 6 fitted with a first packing 7 is provided, a second mounting plate 9 on which a luminaire 11 is mounted is provided with second packing 10, and the second mounting plate 9 is mounted on the first mounting plate 6 in such a manner that a power cord 12 connected to the luminaire 11 is sandwiched between the first and second packing 7, 10, so that when the luminaire 11 is mounted, its mounting stability is not deteriorated even if the power cord 12 is large in diameter. |
