PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a manufacture processing even when a host computer breaks down by making the host computer originate a carriage instruction and simultaneously send processing procedure information to a cell computer when parts carriage is requested. SOLUTION: When substrate carriage is requested from respective manufacturing devices 10 through the cell computer 20, the host computer 30 originates the carriage instruction to an AGV 50 which is a carrying device so as to carry a requested substrate and simultaneously sends the processing procedure information of the substrate to the cell computer 20. Thus, by reporting arrival to the cell computer 20 by the manufacturing device 10 when the substrate arrives at the AGV 50, the processing procedure information of the substrate is sent to the manufacturing device 10. As a result, even when the host computer 30 breaks down after originating the carriage instruction to the AGV 50 so as to carry the substrate requested by the manufacturing device 10, the manufacturing device 10 directly obtains the processing procedure information from the cell computer 20 and manufactures the substrate. |
