PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute generalized management and the determination of the will in real time in accordance with the needs of each base by setting up any one of plural bases in a computer of a transmitted address as a generalized base. SOLUTION: When a body 300 receives a generalized right transfer request, a CPU 301 retrieves a base master file in which the names and addresses of respective bases are relatively registered and outputs the retrieved result to a base display device 305. A user selects one of the bases as one generalized base based on the output. When the base in driving is selected by referring to each reference driving time, the generalized management of the whole system can be continuously attained. When a selective instruction from the user ends, the CPU 301 sends address information correspoding to the selected base to all bases. Respective bases receiving the information are changed to the address related to the generalized base transmitted from the generalized base address. Thus the address of a base to be accessed is changed in accordance with the change of a generalized base to attain the transfer of generalized right. |
