PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently store and transmit a video signal or the like in a system by processing a data-compressed video signal and an information signal by separated file management and performing time-division multiplication on the data-compressed video signal and information signal when in transmitting them to a transmitting object. SOLUTION: A video signal SV and an audio signal SA supplied to each server 10 are coding-processed and data-compressed respectively. The resulting transport streams TV and TA are stored in a hard disk device 12 by a different file respectively. After these transport streams TV and TA are read from the hard disk device 12 at a corresponding timing by the individual file management, they are transmitted to a multiplexer 16 via selecting circuits 14V and 14A, and FIFOs 15V and 15A, here converted into a multiple transport stream T1A, and further subjected to time-division multiplication and being broadcasted. |
