PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain down-loading method and device capable of preventing a sector storing a memory rewriting program from being destructed when down- loading is abnormally ended at the time of rewriting the memory rewriting program. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a rewriting program address management means 15 for managing which sector stores a flash memory rewriting program(FMRP), and at the time of rewriting the FMRP, a new FMRP is written in a sector different from the sector storing the current FMRP and the written sector is rerecognized as a sector storing the FMRP after the end of normal writing, so that even when power supply is interrupted on the way of down-loading, the sector storing the current FMRP can be prevented from being destructed. |
